Spinlark privacy policy

Last updated October 26, 2026. This policy covers the Android app Spinlark: Spin the Wheel Picker (com.tinyfair.spinlark) published by Tinyfair on Google Play.

The short version

The app works on your phone. We do not have accounts or servers, the app has no camera, microphone, location, contacts or storage permission, and we never receive your wheels, names, results or personal details. Data leaves your phone only for ads, purchases and crash reports (Google), and for a small settings file the app downloads from our website, as described below.

Data that stays on your phone

Your wheels, slices and results
Wheel names, slices, chances, history and spin statistics are saved only in the app's private storage on your phone, with your settings. They are never uploaded, never sent to us and never passed to the ad SDK. If you use Android device backup, they may be included in that backup, which Google encrypts for your account.
Imported files
Chosen with the Android document picker, so the app has no access to your storage. The file is read once and its wheels are copied into the app.
Shared text, wheel files and CSV
Created only when you ask, and shared only where you choose.
Trial reminder
If you start a free trial, one reminder 2 days before it ends is scheduled on your phone by Android. Nothing about it leaves your phone.
Purchases
Handled by Google Play; we never see your payment details.

Settings file from tinyfair.my.id

When it starts, the app downloads a small settings file from https://tinyfair.my.id/config/spinlark.json (the minimum app version and how often ads may appear). The request sends no personal data, no wheel data and no identifier. Like any web request, our web host sees your IP address in its standard server logs; we do not use it to identify you or link it to anything else.

Ads (Google AdMob)

The free version shows a small banner on the My wheels and Settings screens only. There are no ads on the wheel while you spin, on the result card, in the editor, in Presenting, in the coin and dice tools or on the Pro screen, and no ad when you open the app. A full-screen ad may appear now and then when you close a result, never in your first session, never in the first 3 spins of a session and never while Presenting. You can also choose to watch 2 short videos for 24 hours of Pro. Ad content is limited to the PG rating. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, an approximate location from your IP address, information about ad interactions, and diagnostics. Your wheels and names are never passed to the ad SDK. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the app asks for your consent first, and you can change it later under Settings, Privacy choices. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Pro removes all ads.

Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

If the app crashes or hits a serious error, it sends a crash report to Firebase Crashlytics, a Google service that helps us find and fix the bug. A report contains the error and where it happened in the code, the app version, the device model, the Android version, and a random installation ID that is not linked to you, your Google account or your advertising ID. It never contains your wheels, names, results or anything that identifies you. Reports are kept for 90 days. See Firebase privacy and security.

Purchases (Google Play)

Pro is sold through Google Play Billing as a yearly subscription (with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers), a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play. We do not see your payment details; Google Play tells the app only whether Pro is active.

Permissions

Notifications, asked only when you start a free trial, for one reminder 2 days before it ends. Start at boot, so that reminder is set again after a restart. Vibration and wake lock, so it can arrive while the phone sleeps. No camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos and media, storage, exact alarm or foreground service permission; wheel files are opened with the Android document picker. Google's ad and purchase libraries add the advertising ID, network state and billing permissions. Internet is used for ads, purchases, crash reports and the settings file described above.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices and deleting data

Everything Spinlark stores is on your phone. Wheels can be deleted in the app (deleting a wheel removes its slices, history and numbers); to delete everything, uninstall the app or clear its storage in Android settings (Apps, Spinlark, Storage). For ad data, use your Android advertising ID settings or Settings, Privacy choices in the app. Questions: support@tinyfair.my.id.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Questions: support@tinyfair.my.id.
