Slidequilt privacy policy

Last updated October 18, 2026. This policy covers the Android app Slidequilt: Carousel Maker (com.tinyfair.slidequilt) published by Tinyfair on Google Play.

The short version

The app works on your phone. We do not have accounts or servers, we do not track how you use the app, and we never receive your photos, projects, slides or personal details. The only data that leaves your phone goes to Google: for ads, for purchases, and a crash report if the app crashes, as described below.

Data that stays on your phone

Photos
Chosen with the Android photo picker and processed only on your phone. They are never uploaded or sent to us.
Projects
Your layouts, text and settings are saved in the app's private storage on your phone so you can come back and change a slide. There is no account.
Saved slides
Written to a Slidequilt album in your phone's gallery. They are shared only when you choose an app in the Android share sheet.
Purchases and trial reminder
Handled by Google Play; we never see your payment details. The trial reminder is scheduled on your phone by Android.

Ads (Google AdMob)

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, and information about ad interactions and app crashes. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the app asks for your consent first, and you can change it later under Settings, Privacy choices. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Buying Pro removes all ads.

Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

If the app crashes or hits a serious error, it sends a crash report to Firebase Crashlytics, a Google service that helps us find and fix the bug. A report contains the error and where it happened in the code, the app version, the device model, the Android version, and a random installation ID that is not linked to you, your Google account or your advertising ID. It never contains your photos, projects, text or slides. Reports are kept for 90 days. See Firebase privacy and security.

Purchases (Google Play)

Pro is sold through Google Play Billing as a yearly subscription (with a free trial for new subscribers), a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. You can cancel a subscription anytime in Google Play. We do not see your payment details; Google Play tells the app only whether Pro is active.

Permissions

None for your photos: they are chosen with the Android photo picker, so no storage or media permission is needed, and slides are saved to your gallery without one. Vibration, for a short tap when a photo snaps to a slide edge. No location, contacts, camera or microphone access. Internet is used for ads, purchases and crash reports.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices and deleting data

Everything the app stores is on your phone: delete it inside the app or uninstall the app to remove it. For ad data, use your Android advertising ID settings or the Privacy choices option in the app.

Changes and contact
